Class Types & Schedules

We offer a variety of classes to suit every level:

  • Hatha Yoga – Gentle, foundational practice focusing on posture and breathing. (Perfect for beginners)

  • Vinyasa Flow – Energetic sequences linking movement with breath. (Ideal for calorie burn and flexibility)

  • Restorative Yoga – Deep relaxation and stress relief using supported poses. (Great for recovery and balance)

Weekly Schedule

  • Morning sessions: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Mon, Wed, Fri)

  • Evening sessions: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Tue, Thu, Sat)

  • Restorative weekend class: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Sunday)
